Activity Objective Modify a lesson plan with supports for ELLs at 3 levels of English proficiency.
Activity Description After reviewing the cases of Edith, Edgar, and Tasir, students analyze a lesson plan for its contextual support and language demands. They select and adapt materials and resources for the lesson approppriate to ELLs needs. Strategies are incorporated to support the learning enviroment for ELLs.

Activity Objective Students write and teach a lesson and review a recording of the session to evaluate for missing supports for ELLs at 3 levels of English proficiency.
Activity Description Students modify their lessons to incorporate non-verbal and verbal supports to meet the needs of Edith, Edgar, and Tasir. Specific teaching strategies and techniques will be included and identified for each of the 3 ELLs based on their level of language proficiency.
